進入NCBI之後,click BLAST的選項,在輸入2940個base之後, 找到了341筆相似的DNA sequence,其中以下這五筆資料中的 sequence都可達到最高程度的 identity

進入NCBI後,click Entrez後,進入nucleotides search, 在查詢項目中選擇Organism,並鍵入Lycopersicon esculentum (Tomato),即可查到1273筆sequence,之後在查詢項中再加入 All Fields->heat shock protein,即可查到9筆資料,其中就有一篇 Lycopersicon esculentum class II small heat shock protein Le-HSP17.6 mRNA, complete cds,其cds如下:
