    • Scripts:
    1. Download the PDB file of prion ( ID no.1ag2 ) from PDB homepage.
    2. Open the file by the application program, Rasmol, on pc. Choose " structure " in color item.
    3. Type " select helix " on the command line, and then enter " color blue ".
    4. Do the same as above but select sheet and color it red.
