INDOCK files so that parameter
values all appear neatly aligned. This is useful after running tonew,
for example. An effort is made to leave comment lines untouched, except for
keywords preceded immediately by a # so that temporarily inactivated keywords
are still formatted.
Usage: formatINDOCK [INDOCK_file], where INDOCK_file defaults to
INDOCK if omitted.
