mol2sdf

This program converts MOL2 format
files into MDL SDF format.
This program finds use in obtaining proper SYBYL atom types for MOL2 files
which have intact bond records: convert to SDF with mol2sdf with the -striph option, then back to
MOL2 with sdf2mol2 and sybdb.
This program supports command-line arguments: type mol2sdf -h for details.
