QSAR EVA SHOW

Function:

To see a textual description of a profile generated via QSAR EVA EXTRACT or QSAR EVA RETRIEVE. This will give a report of the number of frequencies in the profile, the number of valid frequencies, the range of intensity at each frequency, and their average and standard deviation. It will also produce a simple histogram showing the distribution of intensities across the profile.

Format:

QSAR EVA SHOW field_name

Arguments:

• field_name = name of an existing field
