QSAR ANALYSIS BATCH

Function:

To execute the batch control file and produce the requested analysis.

Format:

QSAR ANALYSIS BATCH batch_file result_file

Arguments:

• batch_file = intermediate file produced in a batch setup
• result_file = file containing the resulting analysis

Remarks:

This command is not normally accessed by the SYBYL user. QSAR analyses done in batch mode (via QSAR ANALYSIS DO BATCH) actually use this command automatically in a separate copy of SYBYL under NetBatch control.

However, should a hardware failure or similar problem prevent the completion of a batch computation, this command can be used to read in the intermediate batch control file and to produce the requested analysis. This operation ties up the terminal and produces no visible output.
