All functionality planned for Version 1.0 is here and working. The only thing missing from version 0.96 is the introductory tutorial which will help those not familiar with the RasMol/Chime command language.

Protein Explorer. This provides an interface similar to that of for loading and manipulating one molecule at a time, but with many additional convenience features.
Protein Comparator. Load and manipulate two different molecules independently, displayed one above the other.
