Introduction

The MATCHMAKER Two-Hybrid System is a complete,GAL4-based two hybrid system for detecting specific protein-protein interactions in yeast.The two-hybrid system can be used either to screen a library for a gene encoding a novel protein that interacts with a known target protein or to test two know, previously cloned proteins for interaction.
