Abstract:

Development a diagnostic way for the rapid identification of pathogenic bacteria.

Introduction:

Some of the bacterial clones contained sequences common to the majority of "A"strain but different in "B" strain.The difference could be useful for diagnostic test that can identificate pathogenic bacteria.

Method:

Pure genomic DNA from pathogenic bacteria

SSH

cDNA synthesis

Rsa1 digestion

Adaptor ligation

First hybridization

Second hybridization

First PCR amplification

Second PCR amplification

vector ligation

competent cell ligation

LB plate incubate

blue/white screening

PCR

Result:

The gel electrophoresis picture show the specific sequences amplificated by PCR.

Conclusions:

By using these specific sequences of pathogenic bacteria.It can be the rapid diagnostic test for identification of pathogenic bacteria.
