Molecular Biology by 張大慈' 楊嘉玲' 黃海美教授

一,課程說明本課程為分子生物學一(88上LS4401)之延續課程,未曾修過LS4401者,須經由授課老師同意才能選修本課程。本課程共分三部份,第一部份涵蓋基因轉錄後之修飾機制,以及利用酵母菌研究真核基因的功能。第二部份涵蓋基因轉譯為蛋白質之機制,以及分子的演化。第三部份涵蓋訊號傳遞分子與癌基因、抑癌基因的作用功能,細胞週期、細胞生長、細胞死亡以及胚胎發育之分子調控機制。
