Introduction to GlycoSuiteDB
¡@GlycoSuiteDB is an annotated and curated relational database of glycan structures. The homepage gives clear introduction of the database.
¡@It's very convenient to search for the glycans known from years 1990-2000. There are cross-references to SWISS-PROT/TrEMBL & literature references to PubMed.

Introduction to SAPS

¡@SAPS(Statistical Analysis of Protein Sequences) is a tool for multi-function protein sequence analysis. It provides several formates of search, for example SwissProt_ID, TREMBL_ID, GenPept_gi, amino acid sequences, etc. The results would be shown in multi-statistical aspects, such as COMPOSITIONAL ANALYSIS, CHARGE DISTRIBUTIONAL ANALYSIS, CHARGE RUNS AND PATTERNS, DISTRIBUTION OF OTHER AMINO ACID TYPES, etc.
¡@A brief of every analysis is given in front of the data. You may take "A2HS_BOVIN" (SwissProt_ID:P12673) for practice. SAPS can also be found in the CMS Molecular Biology Resource.
