fdat2pdb
Daniel Gschwend
Converts a Cambridge Structural Database FDAT file (as from a search with
Quest) to PDB format. Multiple structures in the same fdat file are handled
correctly.
Usage: fdat2pdb cambridge_prefix
(an input file called
cambridge_prefix.fdat is expected, and output file called
cambridge_prefix.pdb will be created).
