5.6.3 Contour Details Dialog

This dialog is displayed concurrently with the View CoMSIA Dialog dialog in which you can click it on (Show Contour Details) and off (Hide Contour Details).

CoMSIA Field [option menu]

Toggle on and off the desired fields.

Display in [option menu]

Select the display area in which the corresponding contour graphs will be displayed.

Favored/Disfavored Level [field]

Enter a value to specify the CoMSIA field level that encloses volumes within which increases in bulk favor/disfavor higher dependent-variable values. The interpretation of the value you enter in this field depends on the option you selected in the Contour by: option menu in the View CoMSIA dialog. The value is expressed in percentiles for Contribution and kcal/mole for Actual.

Favored/Disfavored Color [option menu]

Select the color for the corresponding favored/disfavored contour graph.
