pGAD-GH (Cut BamHI and fill-in and CIP)

it's a tough work for me....

at first, the BamHI i used had lost activity and the cut bands smeared because of contaminate origin.

after decreacing the quality of plasmid and getting a new enzyme finally i got the clear band.
