Lab tour
Our facility consists of 5 rooms including:
- 2 large laboratory units including gradient PCR, 3 centrifuges, gel-documentation, micro-needle puller etc.
- 1 microscope room including a fully automated confocal spinning disk microscope (with an watercooled EMCCD camera and microinjection device) and 2 fluorescence stereo microscopes
- 1 cell culture room
- An adjacent space with 2 large -80 freezers and 3 incubators for C. elegans maintenance
- 1 student study room and Oliver's office
