showesp is an interactive program that allows visualization of the
electrostatic potential grid calculated by the program chemgrid, using
any graphics program that can display PDB format and color atoms asked for the
prefix name of the grid, the desired spacing of points in the output file, and
the name of the output file. Both the chemgrid_file_prefix.bmp and
chemgrid_file_prefix.esp files are used, so that points that "bump" with
receptor atoms are not written out. The output is in PDB format with
electrostatic potential written in the temperature factor column, and TER cards
separating the points.
