src-SH3 and alpha-spectrin have almost identical toppology,
but only 36% sequence homolohy.

Structure of the src SH3 domain colored by value from red (1) to blue (0). Residues colored in white were either not mutated or the mutation did not affect G significantly. Residues colored in yellow increased or decreased both kf and ku, suggesting that these mutations affect the transition state more than the native state. (Figure adopted from Riddle et al., Nat. Struct. Biol., 1999, 6(11):1016) | Ribbon diagram of the a-spectrin SH3 domain with the values at pH 3.5 mapped on the structure (red, 0.8-1; orange, 0.6 - 0.8; yellow, 0.4 - 0.6; cyan, 0.2 - 0.4; blue, 0 - 0.2; green, >1.2 or <-0.2).
