生物巨分子晶體結構實驗室成果

我們實驗室利用本系(清華大學生命科學系)的蛋白質純化與表達核心設施 (細胞打碎機、FPLC、HPLC等),大量分離純化我們所需的蛋白質樣品,並使用本系公用蛋白質定性儀器(旋光儀、恆溫滴定熱卡計、質譜儀、分析級超高速離心機等),決定蛋白質的生物功能。我們利用本系生物巨分子X光繞射儀核心實驗室的X光繞射儀,收集蛋白質晶體繞射數據。我們也充分地利用了臺灣新竹同步幅射研究中心 (NSRRC) 之的光源、設備及日本同步幅射研究中心 (SP8)之設備。截至目前,本實驗室決定了數個蛋白質的三度空間結構,如表一所示。對同步幅射光源也具備豐富的使用經驗及操作能力
